Introductory Blog(or a little bit about my blog in simple terms). 

 

I am an amateur home baker and cook.I do it for pleasure(or though it is nice when people appreciate my baking).I am open to trying to bake and cook many things.In fact i have already had a go at a few things and i will write about them shortly.I do a lot of my baking on a monday,as that is my main day off,although i do bake on other days as well.
I will post about what i have made and how it went,even if it was not a complete success .I am an amateur cook after all so there may well be many of those.I will not be afraid of writing about my failures as they will prove that not everything in life turns out right first time.Plus they will give you,hopefully a good laugh as well.(Check out my 'Chocolate  and Hazelnut Croccante') .Even i can laugh about it now.

I will offer my apologies now if the blog does not look too exciting.My computer skills do not match my baking skills so i may take a while to get to grips with my blog and everything i can do with it.Hopefully my blog posts will make up for those shortcomings.
