As an alternative to making the traditional flat pizzas i found a recipe for making Calzone pizza.This is a pizza that looks like a pasty.
You make a normal dough mix(See 'Making Pizzas 1' post),Leave it to prove for an hour or so,then roll out to your preferred thickness.You then add your ingredients on one side of the rolled out dough,leaving a small border all round.Dampen the edges with water,fold the remaining dough over the filling and then crimp the edges to seal securely.Brush with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes or so.
