Why the Baking Lodge?

I thought in this blog i would explain why i gave my blog the title of  'The Baking Lodge'.

Well we,Mrs Monday Baker and me live,some would say,slightly unorthodoxly.I live,or as we like to say,reside on a holiday park for 11 months of the year.This means that i don't live in a house like the majority of the population.
We used to reside in a static caravan until we upgraded to what is known as a Lodge.It is an imitation wooden building,built in two halves,that is transported as such,then when in place both halves are joined together.There are 4 wheels underneath which means it can be moved if i wanted to.
All the rooms are on one level with the biggest room being the kitchen-cum-living room-cum-dining
room.
The picture on my blog page is the view out of our window in the kitchen-cum-living room-cum dining room(I overlook 2 lakes).

So there you have it.I live in a lodge not a house and this is where i do my baking,hence the title 'The Baking Lodge'.
