The Monday Baker Returns

As readers of my blog will know i spend a month out of my lodge,which basically means no baking and no blogging.Well i am back now and in the saddle ready to go.I have spent the month buying more cookery books including,

A Passion For Baking-Jo Wheatley.(A bargain at £4.00.Especially considering it only came out last year).

Cook Britain by Sainsburys(Even more of a bargain at £3.00).

Kitchen Know-How by Sainsburys.(Complete bargain at £2.00).

Everyday Chocolate(75p from a charity shop.Some of the best places to get hold of cookery books).

Reading these and also 'Jamie' magazine has given me ideas for dishes that i want to have a go at baking.
           Anyway just thought i would say hi and welcome back.
