Valentines Day Chocolates

I don't like the commercialisation that has taken over with valentines day so i don't believe in going out and buying something just because you feel it is the right thing to do when valentines day comes around.Also why do men think they have to go and buy some roses.If they buy their partners flowers during the year,fair enough,as love should be all year round,but not just on one day.

Bearing this in mind i tried to think what i could do for Mrs Monday Baker that would be different and unique.I decided to make some handmade chocolates.I made them heart shaped in white chocolate decorated in red outline round the heart.I tried to write her initial in the heart but it just looked  like a red blob so i gave that idea up.
