We had the outlaws round for dinner and i decide to make the Sausage and Apple Tray bake.I also decided to have another go at making the Apple and Blackberry Loaf Cake again.Unlike my first attempt at making it,where one end collapsed,this time it stayed together.
This time i folded the fruit in more evenly which i think caused problems in my previous bake as there seemed to be more fruit at one end which would have made it more moist.Also i left the cake to cool for a lot longer before attempting to remove it from the tin.
