I was on holiday recently and whilst away i visited a local market. This market featured two bakery stalls one of which sold a Marmite And Cheese Loaf.I decided to buy a loaf as i wanted to see how it compared to the one i make. I took it back to try it and was very disappointed as i couldn't taste the Marmite and the cheese element seemed to consist of a little sprinkling on the top.
It did inspire me to have a go at making it in a slightly different way to how i normally make it.I added my cheese into the dough mixture and i also added much more Marmite as i wanted to be able to taste it.It came out okay but i think i need to add even more Marmite next time.It did give off a wonderful smell whilst cooking and tasted lovely when toasted.
