Making Rolls For Hamburgers

I planned on making some homemade hamburgers so i decided to make some seeded rolls in advance. In the middle of weighing out the ingredients i had a coughing fit(I am still getting over a sore throat that i have had since before Christmas). This caused me to lose concentration and i suddenly realised that i had put 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt in instead of 1 1/2 teaspoons and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar instead of 2 teaspoons. This meant i had to throw away the ingredients and start again.
The dough mixture was a nice mixture and when left to prove rose beautifully. After i had kneaded it briefly again and made them into round patties i put them on my oiled baking tray and covered them with a tea towel.I tried this as a change from what i normally do which is cover them in clingfilm.I had to leave them to prove a bit longer than normal but they eventually rose okay.I brushed them with oil and sprinkled them with sesame seeds and then put them in the oven to cook.Despite not being perfectly happy with them, once they had cooked they looked okay. The seeds though had not stuck very well and most of them feel off when i picked them up.
They looked good enough that i ended up using four of them with some bacon. They tasted fantastic and were very filling.I just need to practise a bit more to perfect them.
