Making Pizza 2

I used my pizza stone for the second time at the weekend.The first time i used it i forgot to oil the base so my pizza stuck to the base,ruining a very nice looking pizza.This time i wasn't going to make the same mistake.

The dough i made turned out really well but because i had made a large amount,after i had rolled the dough out i had trouble fitting it onto the pizza stone.I had to fold it over in places and squash it up to fit it on.I subsequently thought that it would not turn out very good.

When it had cooked it in fact turned out really well.The pizza had thick edges too it which made me think that that is how they make the pizzas with the cheese crusts on them.This time because i had remembered to oil the pizza stone it came off perfectly.
