I watched Paul Hollywoods new programme 'Bread' on BBC 2 on Monday night.As the title suggests it was about bread.Paul Hollywood is a baker who is one of the judges on 'The Great British Bake Off '.This tv series is based on his recently released book where he aims to show you not only how to make a form of bread but he then gives you a recipe for something that you can eat it with.
The programme was beautifully shot and he gave some useful tips,eg not flouring the surface before kneading but oiling with olive oil.He could have done with telling you exact amounts rather than just saying a small amount for instance.One thing it did was want to make me want to rush out to my kitchen and make his bloomer recipe.
