Mine actually took a lot longer than an hour to cook as the skewer was still not coming out clean after the hour mark.Unfortunately by the time it did the edges of the cake had burnt slightly. One of the pleasures of my oven.
The Monday Baker
I made this cake yesterday, so am now waiting 3 days to taste it... How did yours turn out? I had the same issue with cooking time; I have a fan oven so it's usually quicker than recipe times but I had to leave it in longer too.
