Cheese,Herb And Onion Round Loaf

As i had some spring onions left i decided to make my Cheese,Herb and Onion loaf again,only this time i decided to make it round shaped.I have a round stone dish and planned to use that.
Mrs Monday Baker was at home and we were in the garden so i was baking in between.This meant that i left it to prove for a lot longer than normal.The upshot of this was that i ended up with a very large round loaf that wouldn't fit in my dish.I ended up greasing a tray and baking it on that.I had to place an upturned loaf tin on one side so that it didn't spread even wider(This had happened before when i made a round loaf causing me to have a humongous loaf).This did the trick.


 
Ingredients

225g white flour.
225g brown flour.
1 1/2 tsp salt.
1 tsp mustard.
7g easy dried yeast.
2 tbsp mixed herbs.
2 tbsp spring onions.
175g cheddar cheese.
300ml warm water.

Recipe

1.Boil the kettle and pour 300ml of water into a jug.
2.Put the flours into a mixing bowl.
3.Put the salt into the mixing bowl.
4.Put the mustard into the mixing bowl.
5.Add the yeast into the bowl.
6.Add the herbs into the bowl.
7.Finely chop the spring onions and add to the bowl.
8.Grate the cheese and add most of It to the bowl.
9.Stir the above ingredients.
10.Add the warm water to the dry ingredients and mix to form a dough.
11.Lightly flour your work surface.
12.Tip out your dough and knead until smooth and elastic.
13.Place in a bowl,cover and leave in a warm place to rise for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
14.Pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees c/400 degrees f/gas mark 6.
15.Grease a baking tray with oil.
16.When your dough has doubled in size remove from your bowl and knead again for a couple pf minutes.
17.Shape into a round ball and place on your tray.
18.Cover and leave to prove until it has doubled in size.
19.When it has doubled in size remove the cover and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
20.Place in your oven and bake for 30 - 45 minutes(This will depend on your oven)until golden brown.
21.Place on a wire rack and leave to cool.
