Mrs Monday Baker was at home and we were in the garden so i was baking in between. This meant that i left it to prove for a lot longer than normal. The upshot of this was that i ended up with a very large round loaf that wouldn't fit in my dish.I ended up greasing a tray and baking it on that.I had to place an upturned loaf tin on one side so that it didn't spread even wider(This had happened before when i made a round loaf causing me to have a humongous loaf). This did the trick.
