Marmite And Cheese Bread(Another Attempt)

I decided to have another go at making the Marmite and Cheese Bread(Please see the previous post for the recipe). This time i decided to use more than just the teaspoon of marmite(I like marmite so i wanted to taste the marmite more than i had done in the previous attempts).I basically just used a pastry brush, dipping it into the jar of marmite, and spread it quite thickly onto the dough. This worked out well as the bread tasted much more of marmite, without overpowering the cheese flavour.

I still ended up running out of dough to make the top layer, even though it was a warm day when i made it and it rose considerably more than normal.Having said that it doesn't seem to distract from the bread. In fact i think it gives it a more rustic, homemade look.
